Tell us what you need. We come back with a name and a time.

You do not have to work out which hospital, which department or which doctor. Say what is wrong and where you are, and we do the finding.

How it works

You tell us

What you need and roughly where you are. Two minutes.

We find it

We check who is available near you and what it will cost, if anything.

We call you back

With a named clinician, a place and a time. You decide from there.

This is a referral request, not a confirmed appointment. We will not tell you a slot exists until we have checked that it does.

What we can help with

Five things people ask for most

A skin specialist who has seen albinism before. For anything new, changing, scaly, bleeding or not healing, and for a routine annual check even when nothing is wrong.

A proper refraction, a prescription, and an honest conversation about what can and cannot be corrected. Bring anyone who has been told there is nothing to be done.

A full-body check by someone trained to look at skin. Caught early it is treatable. Caught late it is not. This is the single highest-value appointment in the whole programme.

Help getting registered and getting to a hospital that actually has supply, rather than one that ran out last month.

If you are not sure what you need. We would rather you asked than guessed.

Request a referral

We will call or send an SMS. Nothing else is sent to this number.

We aim to come back within response time. If something is urgent, call us on +254 740 868 552.

Clinician list not yet confirmed Referrals can only be made to specialists who have agreed to receive them. Until that list exists, this form collects requests and a person answers them by hand, which is honest and works from day one.
