04 · Economic empowerment

Livelihoods

Rights matter. So does rent.

Economic empowerment is the part of inclusion people actually feel at the end of the month.

Persons with albinism face a compounded barrier to earning: discrimination in hiring, jobs that assume full vision, and outdoor work that carries a real health cost. The result is that talent goes unused and households stay precarious.

Our work here is unglamorous and practical. Training, capital, market access, and a savings structure that members own themselves rather than one that is administered to them.
