What we can prove.
An impact page with invented numbers is worse than no impact page. This one shows our indicators, our method, and exactly which figures are still outstanding.
How we measure
Counting the right things, honestly.
Reach is the easiest number to inflate and the least useful. Where possible we report what changed rather than how many people were in the room.
A person is counted once per reporting period, against a specific service they actually received. A sunscreen supply, a screening referral, a training session completed, a school placement supported. Attendance at a public event is reported separately as audience, never as reach.
Named lead or verifying partner signs off each reporting period before publication.
Define the reporting cycle
No photograph, quote or identifying detail is published without recorded consent. For anyone under 18, consent comes from a parent or guardian plus the young person's own agreement, and we default to first names or no names at all.
